NPIS provides structured housing, accountability, mentorship, and practical support to help individuals successfully transition toward stability and independence. NPIS is not an emergency shelter, medical or mental health provider, detoxification or licensed treatment facility, legal services provider, or government agency. Services are subject to program eligibility, availability, and applicable requirements.
